Indictment of US Army Colonel for Berry Amendment Fraud

Thanks to Steve Warner at the BeaverLake6 Report for alerting us that Lt. Col. Frederick Lamar Burnett of the US Army has been indicted on three counts of fraud for allegedly trying to pass off Chinese-made baseball caps and backpacks instead of American made, as specified in the contract with the Army Recruiting Command which requires compliance to the Berry Amendment and Buy American Act.
