CPSC Meets with Green Science Policy Inst. on Furniture Flammability

On Monday, November 16, 2015, the Office of Chairman Elliot F. Kaye of the Consumer Product Safety Commission was scheduled to meet with representatives from the Green Science Policy Institute: Dr. Arlene Blum, Executive Director; Avery Lindeman, Deputy Director; Matt Vinci, Director of Education of the International Association of Fire Fighters, to discuss furniture flammability standards, disposal of furniture foam that have been treated with flame retardants, and chemical classes of concern.
