Army and Navy Steel Toe Boot Contract Awarded

The Original Footwear Co., Arecibo, Puerto Rico, has been awarded a maximum $18,325,895 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for hot-weather steel toe boots. This was a competitive acquisition with four offers received. This is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. Maximum dollar amount is for the life of the contract. Locations of performance are Tennessee, Mississippi, Maine and Puerto Rico, with a March 16, 2023, performance completion date. Using military services are Army and Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-18-D-1042).
