Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Third Party Testing of Children’s Products

On June 7, 2019, the Consumer Product Safety Commission published in the Federal Register (84 FR 26653) Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Third Party Testing of Children’s Products.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for extension of approval of a collection of information for Third Party Testing of Children’s Products, approved previously.

CPSC estimates that approximately 300,000 non-apparel children’s products and approximately 1.2 million children’s apparel and footwear products are covered by the rules.
