Flame Laminated Textiles FTZ Approved with Restrictions
On June 12, 2019, the FTZ Board published notice in the Federal Register (84 FR 27232) Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) 68—El Paso, Texas, Authorization of Production Activity, The Woodbridge Group (Flame Laminated Textiles), El Paso, Texas. The application was approved but with no relief from inverted tariff on textile articles.
