Note to MTB Petitioners Regarding Article Descriptions

On October 14, 2016, the U.S. International Trade Commission began accepting petitions seeking temporary duty suspensions and reductions in accordance with the American Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2016.

Commission staff members have noticed that many of the petitions filed to date contain article descriptions that are deficient and that may not be administrable by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
