California Requires FR Labels on Upholstered Furniture
On September 20, 2014, California Governor Jerry Brown signed into law SB-1019 a law requiring
manufacturers of upholstered furniture to indicate whether or not the product contains added flame retardant chemicals by including the following “flame retardant chemical statement” on the label
