AMENDMENT TO H.R. 7900 OFFERED BY MR. GREEN OF TENNESSEE At the appropriate place in title VI, insert the following: 1 SEC. 6ll. PROHIBITION ON SALE OF CHINESE GOODS IN 2 COMMISSARY STORES AND MILITARY EX3 CHANGES. 4 The Secretary of Defense shall prohibit the sale, at 5 a commissary store or military exchange, of goods— 6 (1) manufactured in China; 7 (2) assembled in China; or 8 (3) imported into the United States from 9 China.
