On September 25, 2025, the Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements published in the Federal Register (91 FR 60941) Determination Under the Textile and Apparel Commercial Availability Provision of the Dominican Republic Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement (‘‘CAFTA—DR’’).
