NCTO's Tantillo Responds to WSJ Attack on Yarn Forward Rule
In a letter to the editor published in today's Wall Street Journal, Auggie Tantillo, President, National Council of Textile Organizations takes issue with the WSJ October 5th editorial "Pacific Trade Protectionists", stating that the "yarn forward" rule of origin for textiles and apparel has created over $25 billion in two-way trade with our FTA partners."
