Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support held its annual Acquisition Forum and AbilityOne training on Oct. 21, 2026, bringing military buyers and industry partners together to strengthen warfighter readiness through dependable American manufacturing.

FAR 8.704, Purchase priorities, lists the preferences for vendors as:

  1. Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (41 U.S.C. 8504).
  2. AbilityOne participating nonprofit agencies.
  3. Commercial sources.
