Domestic Preference / Sourcing: The Buy American Act and applicable Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses (e.g., DFARS 252.225-7001 / Berry Amendment DFARS 252.225-7012 as applicable to military apparel acquisitions) will apply.
